The controlled-cycle mechanism of these lug and splice crimpers ratchets the jaws, crimping to a preset depth and applying pressure evenly for repeatable results without overcrimping. Also known as full-cycle crimpers, they release the jaws after each crimping cycle. They form stronger, more uniform crimps than crimping pliers.

For testing RJ45/RJ11/RJ12/BNC Cable- Tests RJ45 TIA568A/B (AT&T 258A), 10 Base-T, Token ring, RJ-11/ RJ-12 USOC and Coaxial BNC cable.- Automatically check cable for continuity, short, open and crossed wire pairs.- Coaxial cable port indentifies cable conditions including shorts, shield opens and center conductor breaks.- Main unit and remote allow one person testing.

RS Pro S/FTP Cat6a CableFrom RS Pro, Cat6a cable suitable for home, office and industrial networks requiring a reliable internet connection. These cables are LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) ensuring health and safety standards are met in the event of it being near a high heat source. As cat6a, these shielded ethernet cables have a copper conductor and are suitable for 10 gigabit per second networks and will provide a frequency of up to 500 MHz, both at 100 m. All models are highly reliable and excellent quality. What is a Cat6a Cable?A Cat6a cable or Category 6a cables are an high speed type of ethernet cable or patch cable as they're also known. They are used as a commonly within various types of industries and workplaces, including offices and warehouses requiring a network connection. Anywhere which has an internet connection, it's almost a guarantee you'll find one of these network cables. What is S/FTP?S/FTP stands for shielded and foiled twisted pair. This means that a foil shield will cover the entire outer layer of the twisted pair strands. This provides added protection in the event of the cable being near a high heat source or being knocked into or trampled. With the added protection, a stable network connection should be maintained.Do these cables come with a connector? These particular RS Pro cables come with an RJ45 attached at both ends. Most standard routers or modems will all use RJ45 ports by default. It's essentially the flagship of the network patch cable. Why Cat6a?Cat6a has a reputation for delivering excellent speeds and frequencies at long lengths. A cat6 on average would put out 250 MHz at 100 m and 10 gb/s at around 45 m. The cat6a version will more double the length for the network speed 10 gigbits per second at 100 m and also double the frequency (500 MHz at 100m). If it's a big space you need for an ethernet connection, then a cat6a cable is a perfect choice.StandardsIEC 61935-2, ISO/IEC 11801 (2nd Edition): 2010, TIA 568C
